A small experiment in caring for a place, one woolly patch at a time. For you who walk these streets, and the streets who see you home. May it make you all smile.
If this made you smile, say hello. And if a piece is unwelcome, send a note and it will come down.
About
Yarnitti, where yarn meets graffiti.
Yarnitti grows out of love for this land and its people. It exists because of many hands.
Many thanks to all my helping friends and family: my mum, my mother-in-law, my daughter, my husband and my swimming friends, especially the wonderful Sarah and Jules. To Cam, my techy soulmate. And to wind, song and water.
Thank you for being my home.

Apricity
Apricity (noun): the warmth of the sun in winter.
Apricity is the winter 2026 collection, a season of work wrapped in the colours of cold-weather light: yellow, orange, red and purple, the tones of a low sun catching the bay.
It is a love letter to the people who gather at the water's edge, to the joy of swimming in the cold, and to old things: an old word for winter sun, an old craft worked by hand, the old art of presence and connection to each other and to nature.
To me this piece is a portrait of our community: much in common, no two alike, holding each other up, a little wonky and weathered, yet bright and bold.
Warmth, in the middle of winter.
If this made you smile, say hello. And if a piece is unwelcome, send a note and it will come down.
Say hello
A note finds its way to me.
Whether a piece made you smile or you'd like one taken down, I'd love to hear from you, here or at hello@yarnitti.org.
Thank you
Your note is on its way.
